Works but tends to over pressurize and force water around outside causing my Coffee maker to leak.

We used this 3 times and the wire mess came away from the plastic. I can not speak about the return policy, as I threw it away instead of returning it. I don't think I will be buying another.

Like the cup but after a month I noticed grinds in my mug. As of today it started coming apart (<6mo) I rinse often and it gets quite a bit of use. So I am giving 3 stars in hopes that our house uses it more than most and that this led to the short shelf life

Entering into the K-cup world, No! not the bra size! We can save money and the planet at the same time. Pricing little pieces of white paper used as filters and toss in the trash, when we pay close to five dollars a box, does not make sense. I have even got my teenager using the Reusable K Cup Filter Pod. We love the ability and freedom to mix our own favorite coffee blends. I was surprised at the ease to use and clean up. I am ordering a 2nd one only to have for teas, And lets not forget the purple color that makes it possible to find. So we continue to save money and the planet.

Item arrived minimally packed on time as expected. I got this to replace am older reusable K Cup that was starting to fail on me. Not to much to really say here, it works well as expected. I like how it has a rubber seal around the opening. I deducted 1 star because I did have some grounds in my coffee after use. Overall a good product!!I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
