Q: Why are my wicks dying out? I have the wick touching the bottom of the mason jar. They would light and die out after a couple of minutes.

Mine work perfectly fine in wine bottles. I put a filler in rocks or glass beads etc. i let them soak for 20 minutes and haven’t had a single issue. They light right up every time and stay lit.

Q: Can any tiki type oil be used with these wicks?

I use regular tiki torch fuel like you can buy at Walmart, Lowes or Home Depot. You can get it with or without Citronella. Do not use lantern/lamp oil because it's not the same thing. That is for lanterns.

Q: Just bought these. Mine fell apart in less than 60 days. Do you warranty your products?

Yes,we warranty our fiberglass absorb the oil well and provide a perfect burning effect.The part of the wick steeped in oil will absorb the oil and expand a bit.If you have any question on using please mail us and we can help you figure out the issue.

Q: Can these be used for the glade plug-in diffusers?

No. These are much wider than glade plugins. They are wider than a pencil and cannot be compressed that small
