Review: At least the Vemma base vitamin blend is this - Good product, mixes well and tastes ok, I am not a huge fan of the chocolate flavor though. I mix this with Coconut milk, filtered water and perhaps a Banana for my morning smoothy. I also ad one or two scoops of Hempforce from Onnit for added meal replacement punch. This combination works well for me, plus a thermos of Bulletproof coffee, to get me well into the afternoon, snack free, for lunch. The Transformation Pack comes with a weeks supply of Bode-Cleanse. I was mildly surprised that this was included as I didn't see it in the product description. Not a bad product either, interesting taste though.
