Has anyone found a way to wear winter gloves with these?!

The only way I can wear gloves over this is to buy a men's extra large size! Otherwise, I try to keep that hand in my pocket. Perhaps, if you can find one, an old-style muff?

Are the right and left hand supports different styles? it looks like the left says futuro in big yellow letters and the right is just black.
