Not used as a meal cooker
I use this slow cooker in a much different way than most people would, I believe. A reflexologist recommended one for heating stones to be used in foot relaxation. This size is perfect for that use and has worked very well for me. I'm sure one would be fine for cooking in small amounts as well. I wish it had a light that indicated on/off, but that isn't really necessary for my use.

Good Quality for the price.
This must be a standardized model with a few cosmetic changes- all pretty much the same. They work decently and reliably for the price point but don't fret too much except on price- most of the 1.5 quart models are similar values. This one is no exception.

good slow cooker
This really works and works well. It heats a bit slow, but is good and hot once it does. The price makes it forgivable. It is after all a slow cooker.

perfect size
It is the perfect size for me as I am a widow and have only myself to cook for. I seldom have leftovers with a small crockpot which is great.
