Perfect for deep sleep and active dreaming
Both my wife and I use and enjoy this product. I have tried a few other brands but I found that the Lucid Dreams blend gives me the right combination of deep sleep and active dreaming. I also feel much more rested and refreshed the next day. I highly recommend this product as there is a noticeable positive difference in effects for me from other brands. I do not use the product daily.

And I was dumb enough to buy it a second time thinking I ...
I been taking this for 11 days and I can honesty say, stay away from this mess. It did nothing but put me to sleep and made me drowsy all day. This is a rip off. And I was dumb enough to buy it a second time thinking I did something wrong the first time. Then why so many 4-5 star reviews? One of two things. People are getting paid for writing a good review (fiverr.com) or these 4-5 star people where already lucid dreaming to begin with. They probably can have several vivid dreams a night and when they took this it probably nudge them into the lucid dream world with little time on effort. Unless you are already having a lucid dream 1 or 2 times a week and want to boost your frequency, I would stay away from this product. I didn't even have an increase of dream recall taking this.

Great!!! Here's some tips you should know though.
First off it came way quicker then expected, and on the first night it worked a little, i woke up and went back to sleep having long and extreamly vivid dreams i had around 2-3 a night. I never used to have dreams, and i have a few the first few nights and i will continue to use them!! but don't dilute them in water just swallow they taste really bad. or just put them in pop like code red or something dark you can hardly taste them i don't recommend taking them if you have to wake up early. weekends or off days are great cause they are better in the morning to have dreams. if u practice lucid dreaming in the FREE hand book its really fun! awesome product.

Take RIGHT before you lay down.
I think if you take these right when your tied and about to go lay down for sleep then you will be much more likely to have a detailed dream. I wouldn't say that they were the determining factor that made me lucid but they definitely helped me achieve lucidity some nights. Over all I was pretty happy with the outcome. All though I have found that if you get prescribed amitriptyline from a doctor for what ever reason those wonderful green dream pills will send you to another dimension night after night.

Research First
First of all, the shipping from this seller was great. I'd definitely order from them again. Second, these pills may not work if you're loosely looking into having some crazy dreams. These pills don't automatically have you lucid dreaming, but it definitely gets you on the right track. Read up on how to you could boost your dreaming capabilities and train your mind, then take these pills to make your dreams extra vivid. Don't be disappointed if you don't have immediate results if you didn't do your research first.

I recommend not taking it before going to bed
It definitely makes you vividly dream.(but not lucid dream..)I usually have very vague or weak dreams, so most of the time never remember any of it after waking up.This one can make you dream. But I could not sleep well enough to not feel tired the next day.These kept me on and off the whole night.If you are going to use it, I recommend not taking it before going to bed.Instead, take it in early morning and go back to sleep.

Excellent results
Excellent Product!! I have been using this product on and off for the past 3 years now. I have had very few lucid dreams but I want to let you know that you feel fully rested if you take one pill every night. Sound asleep and no groggy feeling just completely refreshed. I would definitely recommend whether you lucid dream or have a great rem sleep!!

Decent product, needs no melatonin.
I could achieve lucid dreams before they changed their formula, this was 1 1/2 - 2 years ago before they changed it. I have not found anything else besides galantamine that helps assist. When this product did work you could take 1-3 caps and it would be about 1 in 14 dreams could be lucid. It is much harder without galantamine.
