- SOURCE - Ethica sources our therapeutic oils directly from small, independent growers who harvest and distill the crop. We do not work with global consortiums that, in an effort to create an economical and standardized oil, combine multiple grower’s crops together. Our essential oils pass strict third-party analysis and are absolutely the same quality as, if not higher quality than, the "big brand" essential oil companies.
- DISTINCTIVE FEATURE - This Camphor essential oil is the first distillation of the wood, therefore being white in variety. There is a second and third distillation, offering a yellow and brown variety, respectively, but those distillations are not used in aromatherapy. The camphor tree is native to China, Taiwan and Japan and this oil was harvested in China.
- AROMA - Camphor oil has a woody, camphoraceous and sharp scent. It is deeply penetrating when allowed to aerate.
