Good Lights, but Fixture Rework Extensive
Once I reworked my existing fluorescent fixture, these bulbs worked great. Beware that if you have a cheap fixture (like mine), it'll probably take more than you'd expected to retrofit the fixture, because the "tombstones" (the end connectors on the fixture) are typically "shunted" -- meaning that the left and right contacts within each tombstone are electrically connected to each other. Fortunately, after digging around a little, I found that I could un-shunt my tombstones by prying out a copper staple embedded in each of the tombstones. After doing that, the individual tombstones then supported separate Load and Neutral connections. You do have to have some electrical skills to do the retrofit -- don't attempt this if you have no electrical expertise.

Updated to Five Stars
Originally, I thought these bulbs were less bright than some of the other LEDs that I have installed, but I was wrong. These just have less glare. They are perfect in an environment such as a garage where the clear bulbs have too much glare. When measured with a Luxmeter, they meet or exceed their specifications. I also noted that there are no instructions included with the bulbs. I exchanged emails with the seller and was assured that in the future instructions are going to be included with the shipped bulbs. Given this updated information, I have upgraded my rating to five stars.

90% Satisfied With These - They Don't Look Exactly The Same As Flurosent Tubes
I am not 100% satisfied with these because they do not look exactly the same as fluorescent tubes when illuminated. You can visibly see the the individual LED's as separate lights spaced about 3/4 of an inch apart, down the length of the tube. I have purchased an identical product at my local hardware store, and you could NOT see the individual LED Lights on those ones, and looked pretty much identical to a fluorescent tube. These ones do not look quite as good. They look pretty good, and no one is going to notice or care for the most part, especially if you are using Clear Prismatic Acrylic Lighting Panel in front to cover them, however as shop lights or fully exposed lamps, I find this segmented appearance a little annoying. On a side note, the wiring is a lot easier than presented. Basically it is just AC 120 volts attached to one end. The issue of Neutral and Hot is not relevant for home lighting in most instances because AC Alternating Current does not have polarity. It really doesn't matter which way you hook them up, unless they are dimable, or in certain factory wiring situations, where a Delta is replaced with a Y-Configuration and the neutral is tired to ground. In that case, it could create a short circuit, if you mix up neutral with Hot. The label for Hot is indicated with the letter L for Line, and the letter N for neutral or return. You don't want to use Ground as a Return, because that might violate your electrical code. Also, if you want to match the light color and brightness, then you would want 4000 spectrum, and not 3000, because the lower number would be more yellow. You want at least 1600 lumens, and these are plenty bright, certainly brighter than most fluorescent tubes. The other thing I like about these, is that they emit light all around. The cheaper ones sometimes have a tiny strip down the middle, so I guess you get what you pay for. I wish they would be more upfront with the specification, in terms on light distribution Angle, number of LED's, spacing of LED's, etc.

Great product. After buying two bulbs
Great product. After buying two bulbs, I bought 4 more for the other fluorescent lights. The only minor problem using these bulbs is the modification to the existing light fixture. With a couple of cuts of the bulb end connector wires and changing line voltage from ballast transformer to bulb connector, one has converted the light fixture for these bulbs. Only one end of bulbs accept power, so I put a small dot with a marker to make it easy to verify orientation when putting bulb back into fixture.

Great Upgrade
These are very nice LED lights. I used them to replace some fluorescent bulbs that went out in my garage and was concerned that the CRI or brightness wouldn't match the remaining fluorescent fixtures. As it turns these lights match the previous bulbs output perfectly so I'll be upgrading all of my fixtures. Removing the ballast from the fixture was a piece of cake. It turns out my fixtures had internally shunted tombstones so I also needed to purchase non shunted tombstones separately.

Bright but has radio noise.
Very Bright, what can I say, marked improvement over the old tubes...In fact I used a light meter and I ended up using one bulb per two bulb fixture with the same lux level!Update Nov 2016: I was 5 star until: - I purchased some Hyperikon 48" LED's and found the lighting is both good, however, I am a ham radio operator, and the RF noise on these are horrible using (AM 1350 comparing the two). I will not purchase these again due to this fact.

The thing I found with these LED lights is that ...
The thing I found with these LED lights is that they are much brighter than the florescent lights I had before. A word of caution, make sure you remove the ballast and make one end only the power source. This is an imperative step. The tubes I have are really very bright.
