The Shadow color is going to be a Dark Gray.

I’m 5’6 and weight 145lb what’s best size for me?

Probably your chest size and how much layering you want is more important than your weight. From Carhartt's size chart (38-40) is a medium and (40-42) a large. If you are somewhere seriously cold and need a lot of layers, you can order a size up, esp if the vest will be your outer wear. I have a 48 chest and the 2XL is plenty loose enough for me to layer under it.

I love this vest but the zipper is it weak point. I've always have had an issue with the bottom of the zipper to separate. Is this Warranty?
