You'll need to drill out the square holes on the helmet with a 1/2 " drill bit to accommodate the round headgear mount. You'll also need to drill two 1/8" holes in the helmet for the "stop pins" on the head gear. Took me no longer than 1/2 hour to figure out. Headgear works nice with this hood. **Q: Will this fit a jackson w60 truesight helmet?** A: This is the headgear that comes in the new Halo helmet with true sight **Q: Will this head band fit on a harbor frieght helmet since the ones that come with it are so cheap and uncomfortable** A: Yes, with the drilling of an 1/8" hole for the pivot stop pin to fit in. Drill a hole approximately 0.78" above the existing pivot stop hole about 13/16 from center line of pivot hole in hood. A series of closely spaced holes will add adjustability. Assemble first before drilling to verify hole locations to be safe. Very comfortable! Should outlive the helmet. **Q: Will this fit a miller classic hood?
