Creating action-packed fight sequenses that are vividly depicted, well-written and Twisted.Nachari Silvasi is the peace keeper of the House of Jadon, so to speak, but as the scenes unfold a sinister plot to destroy his one chance at true happiness, he fights back with everything he has to keep his sanity in tact and his goal alive.Deanna Dubois is as stunning as she is intelligent and strong, she follows her heart, fears and consequences be damned. Without understanding the whole picture, all she knows is she must get to Dark Moon Vale--and away she goes.This installment completely blew me away with its twists and turns that brought tears to my eyes, laughter with well placed humor, especially when it comes to Marquis. Dark, deep and emotional pulls and tugs on the heart strings. I Love it when a book is so well depicted I can visualize the world clearly, rooting for the good guys and wanted to destroy the bad.This series is one of my favorites and I am so addicted to it, I cannot wait to see where Miss Dawn takes me in the next installment - BLOOD REDEMPTION!I just read the synopsis for Blood Redemption... Wow! I am wondering what Saber will go through... given the scenario. I've been a huge fan of Tessa Dawn's Blood Curse series from the start, and she doesn't disappoint with this latest installment, Blood Shadows. I loved how the romance between Nachari and Deanna progressed in this book, since they were separated throughout almost the entire story physically, but they were already intertwined in each others lives and hearts through the blood moon destiny.Tessa Dawn isn't afraid to get down and dirty with the horror scenes, and there are plenty of gruesome parts in this book, which I absolutely love about her writing.It was also nice to see more of Braden, without giving away any spoilers, the ending result with his plot line in this installment has me begging Tessa to write a novel about Braden eventually! He is such an interesting character and I have loved watching him grow through the entire series! It was also great to see more of Kagen, and I hope he'll be finding his destiny soon as well :)And of course, the epilogue! Wow is all I can say! It left us with a total cliffhanger, and I can't wait for Blood Redemption.

Action, suspense, intrigue and LOTS and LOTS of Vamps :-) I will NOT give away any of the plot, only to say this expands upon a lot of stuff from the last one, and then some. This story was VERY nail biting, especially 3/4 of the way in. Will Nachari break out of hell in time? Will Kristina fall victim to the dark ones ploy? What role is the young 15 year old apprentice of Nachari going to grow into? Will Nachari's "destiny" fall victim to the dark ones like Shelby's? and the most IMPORTANT question, "WILL MARQUIS GAIN A SENSE OF HUMOR?" (hehe)... well, all that AND MORE will be revealed!EXCELLENT from start to finish. I'll be awaiting a sequel ... QUICKLY! This is just a great story :-)

I loved this book! Yes it had a lot of dark, gross torture but that's what you get in Hell. The characters were awesome. I loved the family bond and loyalty of the Silivasis. The brothers stood in for Nachari and helped to calm and protect Deanna while he couldn't. Nachari and Deanna's love story was so romantic. I loved how their souls joined before their bodies. When their bodies finally did join... very sexy! That scene had me wanting to be Deanna. This series has really grown on me. It's a wicked, sexy, dark kind of pleasure.

Truly enjoyable 4th book in this vampire series. Love that Nachari has found his way back from the world of shadows and death and their gruesome torture. Really glad his fated mate has found him and his family and are now free from the blood curse. I am interested to see how Sabers real family of light vampires deal with his return after being abducted by the Dark ones 800 years earlier,. His being left for the dawn sun to incinerate him for his crimes and not even getting a sun burn, causes Nachari to use his wizard powers to find out why. Can't wait to read the next book in the series, book 5 😉

Wow, this was book 4 in the series, all about Narchari the Wizard, what a fabulous storyline!!! Really couldn't get enough of this book, with everything he had to go through in hell and try and come back to be with his destiny Deanna and get her pregnant in the 28 days. Graphic violence and touching emotional scenes, this book has it all. Fantastic!!

Good read

This book was a little slower to get into but by goodness it packs a punch. I was sitting crying on a flight toward the end of the book. Really captivating and I loved it. I can’t wait to see how their life continues with the snippets you learn in future books. Lovely.
