If this is going to be your first experience with a screen protector, install it carefully. I put it on upside down....no excuses, I just did and I don't know why....but until I figured out what I had done, I was unable to hear the voice of incoming callers unless I used the earphones. I was able to remove the screen protector without breaking it and reinstall it without breaking it by gently sliding a gift card under it and working it slowly off of the phone's screen.NET 10 is my carrier and where I live they use both Verison and AT&T's networks. This phone was compatible and I was able to switch my phone number to the new phone through their Bring Your Own Phone program. My current phone uses CDMA but I have a deactivated phone with a SIM card. I thought I could use that SIM card in this phone and then call NET 10 to reactivate the old phone's SIM but NET10 said I had to have a new SIM card. When it arrived 4 days later, I went online to register the new SIM and the substitute serial number they gave me because this phone's serial was invalid for their purposes. Then I had to update the APN which isn't as straight forward as it sounds. Thank goodness for YouTube geeks!The phone is everything the other reviews say it is. The point of my review is to forewarn people like myself, who normally replace their phone by going to the store and having somebody else set it up and transfer your phone contacts. Unless you have an activated phone with a SIM card that you can slide right into this phone, there is a lot more to it than just take it out of the box and admire it's many features.The seller is very good about responding to questions and addressing problems.

I love this phone it amazing and very cheap the phone is huge and awesome works very well I haven't had any trouble I suggest this phone for anyone on a budget trying too save money this is the best phone I've ever own and it was so cheap this phone is way better then even an iPhone

I had this phone for a month and decided to get rid of it due to the fact that ads popped up all the time no matter what I was doing. My music would start to play out of nowhere and I had to download a messaging app in order to send or receive picture messages. Even tho it was cheap and I did make a couple extra $$ when I sold it, it still wasn't worth the hassel. GET A NAME BRAND PHONE!
