We have purchased 3 lighted folding canes.. this is the best!!!
We have tried two others to help my wife gain some mobility and have a lighted path at night. One cane used a set of waiver batteries. The bulb holder came loose after one week. I tried to fix it but with no success. This cane uses 3 AAA Batteriies that work better and more reliable. The only drawback may be the added weight in the handle that makes the cane more difficult to stand up.Best of breed so far...

Get this cane!!!
I've used many different canes in the past and this is the best by far!!! The weight is perfect and the flashlight is almost as bright as a headlight. Perfect for nighttime walks.The fact that it can stand on its own is a major plus.

This cane was working as well as a cane could then came the night that as I got out of bed and grabbed the cane, all the lights went out – a five hour power failure. I hit the light on the handle and immediately I could see my surroundings again. For an 80-year-old woman who lives alone, this was a godsend.

This was a great purchase. We traveled to Europe and it was very useful in walking on the various walkway materials. The light was also useful to use at night. Very simple to assemble and compact enough to put in a suitcase.
