Over the four days after my second Covid jab, my shoulder and neck muscles started to ache, each day getting worse so that even when I breathed my neck muscles hurt. I tried to get an appointment for a massage, but had to wait a week. I found this on Amazon (half the price of other shops) and couldn't wait for it to be delivered.I set it up and got it going within five minutes of it being delivered. It felt wonderful and by the next morning the pain was 50% less, I used it again that day and by evening the pain had almost gone. the following day - no pain.Three sessions with the massage would have cost more than what I paid for it. I have used it every day since and it's always a lovely feeling when it starts kneading the muscles.I have rheumatoid arthritis and I put it on my lap and sit with my hands lightly on it and it helps there too.I like that it's cordless, yes it's a bit bulky and you need to be careful swinging it over your shoulders - I think you could give yourself a bit of a concussion if you hit your head with it, but it's a gem of a thing and saves a fortune on going for a massage.

It is a bit bulky and takes some time to get used to, but I can't fault the results. It gives great relief to my frequently tense shoulders and neck. I've also enjoyed using it on lower back too. I like deep pressure, so will often use it leaning against a high backed chair using my body weight to increase the pressure rather than having to pull hard on the air slings when I want a very deep massage on a particular spot.

I bought this Homedics massager because I've bought Homedics products in the past, I trusted the name, and it carried a 3-year warranty.It's been a good product, until the day the power charger failed.Noting the product was still within the 3-year product warranty I contacted Homedics, only to be told "We do not provide replacements for failed power supply units".Which effectively means the unit has a very limited lifespan, the manufacturer refuses to honour their own warranty, and the item is fit for little more than the local recycling centre!Very disappointed in Homedics.

Felt awkward to use...the heat function was disappointing. It did manipulate muscles where the neck meets the shoulders, but awkward anywhere else...ended up returning.

Perfectly portable and straight forward to use. I bought this for my mother to help her with her crippling neck pain. It has helped her but it certainly hasn’t got rid of the pain completely unfortunately. But I’m glad I bought it for her. So overall I do recommend it.
