I love my product
I love my product! Yes it was missing 5" bolt screws and caps but the most important parts were there and pre-assembled. Instructions are a little confusing but not difficult, it took me 2 days to install it. It has been up and working with timer, neatly, for 2 weeks. My plants love it and so do I!

Very disappointed
I wish I could write a wonderful review but this is missing parts needed to assemble or they were broken. Fresh water pump broken no bolts to put the frame together caps to both grey water and fresh water tanks crushed. Light adjustment bar handle broken in half. Not to mention the box look like something right out of a crime scene. it was completely destroyed. I hope they send me the replacement parts I need I would hate to have to ship this back. This wasn't an inexpensive purchase.

Don't Do It!!!!
I bought this right before Christmas 2016. The box it came in was huge and all beat up with parts and gauges sticking out of it. It weighed 108 lbs. Being the holidays we just called Amazon and let them know what kind of shape the box was in and had opened the top and the bulb boxes were all banged up and that we wouldn't be able to put it together until after Christmas so we didn't know the complete damage or missing parts.Well, once we started pulling everything out of the box we had to be committed because it wouldn't go back in what was left of the box that was so badly damaged that we couldn't use it anyway. Amazon was very kind and made note so that when we did start putting it together they would already know there were issues. The place who made them of course was closed over the holidays and then some. So it was another week or so before we could let the company know what had happened and how the box came in. We also told them that some things were broken or missing and gave them a list of what we had discovered so far. Another week went buy and we got some of the parts but still not all so we called again and ordered all of what we thought was missing at the time. We couldn't start to put it together until we got some of these parts so waited another week. Then! Here's the kicker! We finally thought we had everything. It was strewn all over the house at this point. This thing isn't little mind you. Then my husband says "There's no Hardware!" Okay, this is beyond ridiculous and frustrating. I called Amazon and they wanted to pick it up and send us a new one. The poor man wasn't getting the fact that after all we had been through with this thing still not able to put it together and the fact that there was no way we could send it back in anything but a dump truck, he offered to give us $104 refund to buy the hardware. This is March 6, 2017 now and we've had it up and running for 2 loooonnng weeks. The hanging light will not hang straight lower on one end and hard to lower and raise, flimsy. The vents are half way down the wall so no heat escapes because I guess they didn't know that heat rises!!!! I baby that thing and am already having trouble with the nylon zipper and can tell it's not going to last all that long. The lights are up as far as they will go with one end sagging, it stays around 86 in there and the heat dries my plants out fast and the only way to cool it off is to open the zipper doors up. So much for their purpose being to reflect light onto the plants.A couple of days ago I told my husband that one of the side light bulbs had burned out after only 2 weeks. He replaced it last night and this morning the new one was out also. So it is the unit the bulb goes in that's broken, not to mention the broken bulbs directly from the box that we again had to wait for.I'm sure there's more but you get the idea. It took 1 1/2 months to put together after waiting for all the parts and it's still got issues. The Velcro on the viewing window flaps has ripped off the side of one of them.I was having so many problems and lack of communication from the seller that Amazon took over and gave me a refund after realizing how much it would cost to take down and ship back. We will be building our own now. Hope this helps.

Good idea. Well thought out and set up.
I like the idea of growing food in the winter.. The Eco Garden House is roomy and maintains temperature well. The drip system takes a little work to get used to but it seems to function well.We found out after we bought it that you need at least two feet all the way around it but three would even be better. Here's hoping for year round fresh veggies! If you like puzzles, you will love putting your new garden home together,

It wasn't much fun reversing them once the house was assembled
I've had some time since I purchased the garden house to reflect on purchase. The assembly instructions for this are not very consumer friendly, In fact, if not for the step by step youtube video, I'd probably still be trying to put it together. I made every mistake you possibly can. The roof and the bottom tray look almost identical, so of course I build the house with the two reversed. It wasn't much fun reversing them once the house was assembled. It arrived with a parts package missing most of the nuts, bolts and washers. Called them, left messages in two departments and never got a call back. I was able to get in touch via email and they did send out the parts. one of the support posts had the bolt holes drilled slightly off. Not wanting to have to wait for replacement parts, I made it fit using some clamps and brute force. Once assembled, it is a neat product. The problem with the instructions is that the wall components all look similar. Identifying Stickers on the parts would be very helpful integrated into the instructions. Lastly, the cord from the fresh water pump is to short to reach the control panel without causing a trip hazard. They couldn't have made it 6" longer? I thought mine was defective until I saw the same trip hazard in the youtube video. I added a short extension cord to as a fix. I found this a rather difficult build.

This is a nice grow room
This is a nice grow room. Easy to use, easy access. The floor needs modified but works the way it is. (the floor is the water storage tanks)

The packaging was fine, but that's about it
I ordinarily don't write reviews, but this time I have to. The packaging was fine, but that's about it.The instructions seem like they were translated, and not very well. Very confusing. The kit was missing parts like 10 bolts and their corresponding nuts and washers. To mount the timer, I had to cut off a tab that would not allow it to mount flush to the side, and after that, I needed to buy 2 sided tape to keep it in place. The timer is impossible to figure out and I will be buying another one today. On the bright side, it seems to work if you have about a day and a half to figure it out.
