JJ Rabbit siliMAT, Frog/Lime Pop

This mat is super cute. I love the little cartoon frog and the fun green color. It stuck nicely to my table and helped my 1.5 year old keep his bowl in place while he eats. I wish I had more positives to say about it. The mat was much thinner then I anticipated and I should have thought about that since it was less spendy then some of the other silicone mats out there. Because its so thin the second time my son used it he poked it with his little plastic fork and it immediately tore. Now there is a little hole right by the frog's nose (*image below* {he is eating grapes and mac and cheese, in case you were wondering}) and my son continually wants to play with it and it keeps getting bigger. I loved all the animals in this place mat collection and I was going to buy them all but now I am reconsidering that thought.-----UPDATE-----2 years later we are still using this mat! It did initially tear but the tear never got worse then I described in my above review. My son also stopped playing with it. Now that we have another son I am considering the penguin mat that is blue. I am going to up my stars on this review from 3 to 4. I still wish the mat was a bit thicker but all in all it has proven itself over time.

I ordered a frog silimat and a rabbit silimat...in general, I love the function and design of these mats. The frog mat came in a flat, square box with the mat folded four times to fit into the box; when I pulled it out, parts of the mat were stuck together (hard...like, when I was pulling them apart the silicone temporarily turned white because of the strain) and in one part it was badly enough stuck together that even with very gentle and slow pulling one side ended up pulling little chunks out of the other side. The creases from the folds for packaging have not gone out, despite several days use and multiple washes, so it is more difficult to get the mat to lie flat on the table than it should be. The rabbit mat came packaged differently (perhaps a redesign?), rolled up in a long, thin box like a poster, and it is beautiful and has none of these issues!

Love this. We use it for my 18-month-old at restaurants so she can't throw her plate on the floor. Easy to clean and roll up to put in her restaurant bag.

I love these placemats. Easy to wash and easy to throw in the diaper bag. They stick well to pretty much any surface but are also easy to remove when it is time to leave.

I like the silicone material it is very convenient for taking it to restaurants and my baby enjoy it

So cute and practical, I take this everywhere with us.

My 7 month old can already peel it off but that was inevitable so I can't complain. Overall I like this product we use it to protect our table from the mess a 7 month old creates and it works.
