I honestly love it! I was a little disappointed that it did not come with letters.

Absolutely love the Heidi Swapp Lightboxes! These work with both the mini and regular version (using the divider on the regular one). We are having lots of fun changing out the letters and inserts!!

They are fine for what they are. The are way thinner than the full size inserts and a bit fussy to use. These small ones come with a film over them. You don't have to take it off to use them, but they fit slightly better with it off and the film will eventually get rolled with use so you may as well. It's kind of annoying.They only make letters, not numbers or anything else (that I've seen anyway). BUT you can get the full-size blank inserts and cut them. The width of those is about the height of these small ones. It's a bit of a tight fit and the edges can be sharp when you cut them, so be warned.I've also made small blank inserts using packing tape. Just fold it over a couple times squeegee out the air bubbles and cut to fit.

Does not come with board, it is just the letters. Giving five stars because they have amazing customer service/refunds, and the letters are high quality!

Love these little letters for my lightbox.

Before you buy, realize that 50 letters isn't that much at all. Not even the entire alphabet twice. With two packets I can still struggle to use the phrases I want. You only get two "s"'s a pack, and there's no apostrophes.Low rating is because what I can only assume to be a protective sheet over the individual letters was peeling up off of them the moment I opened the package. These are for use with the Mini Letter Track and it is extremely difficult to slide these into place, instead I had to lightly bend most if them and pop them in; which makes finely adjusting them difficult.I'm hoping the bits that peeled off don't make the ink wear out quickly. At this rate you are paying 10 cents a letter. I only came to amazon because my local Hobby Lobby didn't have the mini letters and I couldn't get them for half price.

Disappointed. The pack of letters were missing some. I went thru them several times. Took the film off of each piece. Slides too quickly off the light box tracks and I lost several pieces. At first, loved the look. But all things considered and I have a useless box until I order more packs of letters, I would recommend a vertical track that locks display in. Also American Crafts needs to be more thoughtful and package those letters with greater amounts per letters and include numbers and symbols.
