I do alot of welding. If your stick welding don't get boots with laces. You will burn your lacesw **Q: Has anyone compared this to tuff toe ?** A: Way better than Tuff Toe imo. Work for the railroad and am constantly on my knees in rocks and on concrete doing repairs. Prep boots correctly (sandpaper), mix thoroughly, apply multiple coats and let dry as recommend and this is way more durable than TT. It dries like truck bed liner and you know how strong that is! **Q: How does it stand up against concrete?** A: It stands up to rocks very well. I have "painted" the material onto my hiking boots and it is holding up nicely. I'm generally hard on my boots and the boot guard holds up well against continuous banging against rocks where I hike. **Q: Is this product non marking?** A: It protects and covers you boots I'm a construction worker my boots are going to get marked But it made my boots look new still wear them holding up good ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stuff *by T***S on Reviewed in Canada on 27 March 2024* I have had this on my composite toe boots for 3 months now. It has stood up to crawling on concrete and pavement. Kicking at solid ice chuncks on machinery daily. It has come out solid and hasn't peeled or scraped off at all. One small bottle did 2 pairs of boots with double coating. I haven't put this stuff through the ringer yet, but it adhered pretty good and formed a thick , rugged later. Follow the directions for easy application. It's held up good for regular use but I haven't been crawling around on grating as much.
