Q: Are these frosted/satin? I’ve been disappointed in the clear blue bulbs I’ve bought and am looking for one that holds its color

They are not clear but more solid color. I used them as replacement bulbs for outside lights I have on my patio. I’m very pleased with them. They did not fade at all.

If it’s just replacement bulbs I don’t see how they won’t have a fuse in them .

Q: Why you don’t allow me to cancel the order, since you failed on the delivery?!

I haven’t so far had a problem with orders though Amazon so I do not know the answer I would contact Amazon .
