Not worth the money even if it was $5.00 ruinedmy knives
This sharpener is not for asian knives made a mess of out of one of my 4 Japanese made knives. called the company I called because on the box is a email address and a web site for the company both of them are not working and so when I got someone on the phone I asked the question ( is this knife sharpener made for asian knives and I heard these these words I don't know what that means but it will sharpen any knife. thats sad!

but you get a good deal for what you pay for
This product doesn't make edges razor sharp, but you get a good deal for what you pay for. Sturdy and does its job. If you're looking for a professional sharpener, don't get this one. But for casual use this is a great product to have around! - ps, the blue one is real nice.

Good dharpener. Coarse and fine sharpening for steel and also a station for ceramic blades.

Works Great
Sharpens knives effectively..I use it on my Henkels steak knives which have dulled over the years..after a few passes through this sharpener they are like new.
