Good, but could be improved!
I bought my first unit six months ago, now I had to buy another unit because the batteries will not fully charge and pumps a week liquid stream. The unit leaked at the joint between the top pump part and the bottom tank. I sealed the leak with airplane cement. It was designed to collapse for travel, but the construction was poor. After my modification, it really works well with a powerful stream. I use the cheap mouthwash from the big box store. With a little practice, I can use it twice to flush my teeth without refilling. I like the ease of refilling the tank. This week my dentist said I didn’t have any plaque and my gums were healthy. Previously I bought a Wellness FC-10 Professional Ultra High Powered Oral Irrigator Water Flosser with Built-In Water Tank & Rechargeable Battery and it failed after a month. Good unit, but not perfect!

Would not recommend,not good power at all better off ....
I'm not at all impressed with this.I should have purchased a more expensive one that actually works,and has power. I purchased to travel and it's useless .I would be better off spraying water on my teeth from my kitchen sink sprayer this this.The nozz tip doesnt stay on either I believe it was defected .I emailed seller the very day this arrived to ask if they had any idea where I could buy replacement nozzel tips and received no response.I am now looking into a better one and I'm willing to pay more than I did for this .I would not recommend .

Not worth it
This is flimsy, Hard to hold and control the spray nozzel. There doesn't seem to be a place where I can use it where it does not spray water everywhere, other than the shower

Short-lived solution
This product worked great...for about 2 months. Just in time for it to be non-returnable. I'd recommend going with a slightly more expensive one with a warrantee.

So far my favorite water floss
So far my favorite water floss, not too overly powerful nor too weak. I also like that it;s compact. Took one star off because the on & off button is too flat and slippery, which makes it a bit difficult to turn on and off. Still, my favorite so far.

Low Quality Product - Much Worse than Panasonic
Low Quality product. I had thought it would be similar to the Panasonic water jet because they look very similar, and I had hoped that it would be an improvement from the older Panasonic product. But NO. This is very low quality and cheap. Had to return it.

Very nice small unit if you need one to travel with. I have had 1/2 different ones and this for a travel rechargeable is as good as can be expected. None of the rechargeable are like a bathroom tank but they are have different reasons for being.

love it, just when you pull down the reservoir
love it , just when you pull down the reservoir , it comes off and doesn't lock properly. Wish there was a better locking mechanism for that unless I am doing something wrong

Good pressure but needs a better fitting piece for the water pick
Seems to be working ok, but the water pick does not stay in the little trap...have to hold it in place...the pressure pops it out...needs a better fitting.

A waste of money.
I ordered this item in August, and by November it is fit for the garbage. It seemed to work ok when I first got it, but after a while I noticed that there was some scum at the bottom of the tank that I couldn't clean. Later, it stopped working and when I tried to recharge it, nothing happened. It was a complete waste of money.
