Affordable tablet/laptop. To be able to get Windows 10 for compatibility with the vast majority of the business world is great. The touch display and keyboard is fairly responsive. Androids are toys compared to this unless all you want to do is play.

Worked for 3 hours, now it is a paper weight. Contacted Manufacture, tried replacing cord, it still did not fix. Then I found out that warranty did not cover purchases from the seller I bought it from, by then it was over 30 days out, so I'm out. Since no warranty, I tried opening and unplugging the battery and plugging back in. It still does not work, so I gave up and a Kindle.

Love the tablet itself and I don't mind the battery life, although it would be nice if it lasted a bit longer - have had to contact the seller, however, due to the keyboard not working properly. Many keys are not working - the only reason I can't give this 5 stars.

I am having trouble with the battery always showing yellow which from what I understand is showing it needs charging. This occurs almost immediately after I have charged it. This is confusing to me and has lead me to not spend time on it. I have not set up anything because I am afraid I'll damage it. Eventually I will call for tech support. I'm unsure what the process is if I wish to return it or if I'm just out of luck....and money.
