I have had both brain trauma migraines and chemical migraines since I was 4 yrs. old. I am approaching 50 and have taken this supplement for 2 years. Best stuff since Demerol. It calms my nerves and deadens the pain, but most months it is able to take the pain away completely. In fact I went off of it for 1 month while moving out of state and was I sorry.
