lid came loose
I bought this for my wife. We both like the bamboo exterior etc.. but after only a few uses the metal lid has come loose from the rest of the lid (the plastic). I'll have to try some superglue or something to re-secure it. It is larger than I wanted.

One flaw
Good travel cup, keep my coffee both hot and cold depending on the day! My only complaint is I've had 2 of these for about 2 months and I'm starting to get mold under the stainless steel on the cap, I wash it and dry it like I do everything else but can't seem to avoid the dark mark coming back.Update - October 18th 2016The mold issue has not gotten better and now there is water inside the cup between the insulated wall and the outer bamboo wall. I've stopped using it and will discard both cups that I have.

Both elegant and functional; it does its job quite well! I like the shape too - makes it easier to drink out of than my older thermos.

Beautifully made but its really not a travel mug that ...
Beautifully made but its really not a travel mug that you can drink out of on the go. You have to unscrew the lid and would need to then pour your beverage into another mug. The lid is too shallow to be a cup that you can drink out of.

I love the coffee mug
I love the coffee mug. It's one of the best mugs I have ever had. Its clean and look amazing as well as feels amazing. I love how the mug gets warm but not hot when holding it. It keeps my drink warm and its just an amazing product. 10/10
