I bought 2 of these for my last move and in one respect they work great. I did not have any trouble actually using it or dispensing or cutting the tape. The problem I have is putting a roll on and taking off when finished. It's supposed to fit the size tape I have but the wheel seems to be too big. The roll is on there really tight. I don't know if there's a trick or not but I haven't discovered it. After this move, i'm just throwing them out.

Not crazy about this thing. I don't like it. It's hard to cut the tape. I'm always digging into the box cause you have to press pretty hard in order for the teeth to catch the tape and cut it. It's not even as good as those throw-away small red dispensers they give you for free when you buy a roll of box tape. I don't recommend this to anyone.

If I could give this piece of garbage less than one star, I would. There are no instructions that came with the one I ordered, the teeth don't cut the tape, and it doesn't work. I used to work in shipping and I know how a tape dispenser works. Horrible product, and a huge waste of time and money.

Bought this for work in a manufacturing plant it does work great and so far it holds up well !!Package was a little rough it was shipped in but the product was not damaged in any way

Well for the price it's not bad it doesn't cut tape that great and if you don't have the screw tighten just right it all falls apart However for the price to use it at home it's just fine..

Worst tape gun ever!! Does not cut strong tape, only the flimsy kind. Tightening screw no good either, tape unrolls without noticeable difference.
