Review: These trays are the real deal! - After spending a fortune on half-trays from Williams Sonoma (which stuck after the second time I used them!) and french enamel that is impossible to clean, I was a bit skeptical about whether these would live up to their reviews. They are AMAZING! I have been using them for several weeks now for baked veggies and other things that would normally stick (sweet potatoes, glazed carrots etc) and it just takes a quick wipe under water to get them perfectly brand-new clean again. Not only that, they are really heavy and there's been no warping at all. I'm so glad I bought these trays - I've given away my other ones to my kids LOL
