BangRui Smooth Soft Edge Electric Can Opener with One-Button Start and One-Button Manual Stop (Green)

I use rechargeable batteries in this can opener and I have not removed them for charging in months and still cuts well! This is a very useful tool to have in any kitchen when can food are used.

This is the best invention since sliced bread! I had numerous hand crank & electrical can openers before I purchased one. I love them so much I've purchased them for other people 🤣 received on time, on great shape & will buy purchase again from this seller.

Easy to place on can and use. Pushing the top of the button starts it and you just have to know to push the bottom of the button to stop it. Doesn't usually pull the lid off on removal of the device, but takes no effort to remove the lid.The only downside I feel is that the batteries needed replacement after 3 months of basically using it once a day. After 2 1/2 months the device seemed to be straining to work but still functioned. When it finally died, it was locked onto the can and wouldn't disengage BUT the battery lid came off easily and new batteries could be inserted with no problem; it started back up at once.

This worked good for about a year. Now it make this super loud snapping noise as it goes around. Still works but you cannot carry on conversation while using it lol

It’s handy because you can get it started and it spins around the can . But it doesn’t stop spinning, which leaves you wondering if it’s ready.

ONLY THING IS, IT DOESNT STOP ITSELF, LIKE OTHER OPENERS. doesn't bother me but when I used it the first time it just kept going around the can until you push the button on top.

Perfect cut every time.. bought 3 more for my girls…only thing is you can’t drain and squish the juice off .. like tuna fish.

I have a disease affecting my nerves. I have lost 100% use of my right arm/hand. My left is hanging in there around 50%. Needless to say it's very difficult to open things, especially cans. But I am finding things that really help. This can opener is one of them. It's a real gem. Easy to use, handy (no pun), and would be a great addition for any kitchen.

I bought this opener because I have arthritis in my wrists which makes using a manual can opener near impossible and I was getting frustrated with my electric can opener because I was having a hard time getting the machine to grasp the can to be opened. When I received my BangRui opener and used it that evening for the first time I was so happy. Easy to set up, soooo easy to use and does the job as advertised. Well; I am getting to the age where turning a can opener is becoming a pain. My mother bought this first; and I liked it so much I got one too. It is extremely easy to use ... dont fuss when putting it on a can; just set the roller "generally" close to edge. When you engage it, it seats itself and begins cutting. On some cans it needs to go around twice. You know it is properly engaged when it's butt goes up in the air. You know the can is open when it separates from the lid ... Nice smooth edge.Update - Nov 2020 have now used this for a while! We both still love it. I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews; it is great! We have not eaten out in a restaurant since March due to covid, so this got a great test trial — I still recommend this product for its simplicity in use! It really does what it says.

This battery operated can opener really works well. I bought it for my elderly parents who have arthritis and cant use a hand can opener and dont have counter space for an electric. You just sit it atop a can (any shape) it cuts automatically with a press of a button to start and stop. The lid attached to the magnet underneath. The size makes it easy to store in a drawer and it really isnt much bigger than the hand cranked openers. Great product. Highly recommended for everyone.

I thought it was great for the first 2.5 years. I loved the fact that it left no sharp edges and was portable and able to handle the biggest cans, tall or short, fat or thin.But then 2.5 years later it jammed about 1/2 inch from finishing a can. It would not back off, it would not go forward, it was quick simply STUCK! It took 20 minutes and a pair of vice grips to pry the lid off and remove the can opener. When it was over the unit was unrepairable.They need to add a Quick Release Button the Physically frees it from the job at hand.

Received this product as a Christmas present totally in love with it. It makes my life so much easier opening cans no mess. I have arthritis in my right hand and I’m right handed I’m trying to open a can with an ordinary chiropractor always causes me pain. With this cat opener there’s no more pain. I would recommend this product to anyone buying it for their parents who have problems with their hands.
