We bought the step 3 for my son who was using the name brand to stop smoking . The step 3 was unavailable in step 3 so we tried these, and they worked just as well. They stuck to the skin just as well, and the noted no increase in skin irritation. You still have to rotate placement, but no skin breakdown noted. He used them for 2 weeks, then he used them every other day for another couple weeks and weaned off, and was successful at quitting smoking. So, absolutely great value.

This product works. I bought the full course of the 3 steps and used over 2 months. Once done, I was a free man. The first week was the most difficult. You would need a bit of will power when these patches to get you through it. I also used vabing occasionally during the first month. The only issue I had was with step 1 patches as they tend to come off sometimes.
