I love these bars. For such a tiny little bar they do leave me full! I like buying the variety pack. I tire quickly of one flavor. So this is perfect for me! Rbar is one of the most extraordinary energy and snack bars on the market, when your at a point where you need a quick boost. The ingredients that make up this snack for kids or high energy adults, they are extremely healthy, easy to pack and take anywhere. I carry them with me in my backpack as I travel just to offset hunger boredom with a bonus of being healthy. The variety pack is an awesome combination of all of the flavors worth every penny.

Easy to digest, no tummy cramping or clumping. Eat one and have enough energy for at least 2 hours, or more, even while biking for fun. Love these. They make great snacks in the car so that we don't buy junk food when we're hungry. Love the Lemon Poppyseed, Cranberry....one for every mood or craving. Way too expensive! These are SO small, should be half the price for the amount you get.

Well, I love these darn things but be sure to open it completely up as I had eaten a bite out of one and noticed it was moldy. So I opened two more and same thing. Just be careful. They have a really good flavor but something wrong it they are getting moldy. Mine were only a few weeks old. Had them sitting on my kitchen counter so not in a hot place or anythiing like that.

I wouldn’t recommend. Opened one up and was covered in mold. Then I looked at the exp. date and it expired 3 months ago! $24 down the drain. These are going in the trash and I won’t be buying these from amazon again.
