Paella Rice Dacsa

Writing my review on my husband's account: I'm from Valencia, Spain and I haved lived in Los Angeles for the past ten years. Following my family's tradition in Spain, I maka paella every Sunday. I am happy that I can still use the same rice I have used in Valencia for decades. I cannot recommend a better rice for paella. This is the rice that we valencians traditionally use for paella. Perfect flavor, consistency and texture.

This rice was contaminated with moth larvae. inspect your rice immediately upon receipt.This item was nonreturnable.

If you saw this rice description as supplied. 1x11 LB, What would you think? 11 one pound bags, correct? No it came in 1 11 pound bag. Very misleading. I previously bought this very good rice in spanish market in LA, a 1 kilo bag for $3.65. I thought ( mistakenly) I would get 11 1 kilo bags for the $36. My mistake, but,again, that 1x11 description is misleading. I will keep the product though because it is one of a very few other offerings a RN those offerings were much more expensive. Only the best rice is good enough for my paella!One star for the packaging description and 5 stars for the rice.
