The item was delivered earlier which was great, the skirt needed a bit of adjustment at the waist, I added a few safety buttons as I was worried that if I move a lot it might open, it has a thread that you can tie around your waist but still not enough to feel secure. The length will be an issue if you are a tall lady, I'm 5,1 feet tall and it was perfect on me as it was above the floor a few cm. The heel of my shoes is 3 inch and when I tried it on, on my alteration appointment, the dress looked great as the hoops are not too big (you can adjust them) so if you are in for something affordable but you don't mind spending a few minutes to adjust it then this shall work. btw, the skirt would only look good if you are wearing a bustier with it, cause it causes your love handles to pop out but the bustier would keep everything tight and in place. Also, when I put it on I don't pull it up to the waist, I slide it a little down.

Review straight out of the box. Arrived on time. 3 tiers of hoops and a tulle over-lay; with an elastic & pull waist with Velcro close. Waist is tiny my daughter is 26 inch waist and only 5'2". It might fit tight and slightly shirt. Velcro will need reinforced as it is already loosely attached. It may need an added clasp to ensure it stays closed for the whole day. Constructed of satisfactory materials. Tulle lays uneven on top of the hoops and holds dress out oddly. I did as a previous review suggested and turned it inside out. Fabric fell over the smooth hooped side beautifully. I may have to remove the tulle. I bought it with plans to modify and enhance to personalize the wedding gown. It will work perfectly for that. At only $14.99, I couldn't have made it quick enough or for that price. I'm happy with this product.

It worked as it should have... I guess my behind is just big but it didnt fit in that area. I was still able to tie the strings and make it work though but the elastic didnt come together in the back. It also arrived with a very fishy smell to it and i couldnt get it out i tried febreez, lysol, perfume, air freshener, wiped it down with dryer sheets and even hung it outside to air out and the smell was still faintly there. Thankfully by my wedding day it wasnt as bad. I didnt have time to get another one by the time this one arrived.

It fits perfectly fine, but I was anticipating it would be a little bigger. It has a really good elastic waist and velcro closure, plus you can tie it, too, so it stays up (which is good when you have gobs of heavy fabric hanging over it). It was a little shorter than I antipated--a good 6 inches off the ground (I am 5'6"), but it works perfectly with my dress.

Good for the price. Very small around. My daughter wears a size 6 and the velcro didnt meet to fasten. The tie worked well, tho. Also pretty short. My daughter is 5'6" and it hit her just below mid calf.

So based on the reviews, this should have fit me because it ties and has velcro with an elastic waistband. I wear a size 10. This did not fit me. I had to seriously try to get this around me to velcro it. It's also not as wide as I thought it would be. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a better hoop skirt. I'll be returning this one.

I have been wanting a hoop skirt for a while. I was stressing about what kind to get, or what would look good. Get this hoop skirt!! It holds up and is made well. It is a good price too.

We noticed that the poofiness started after the waist and we needed something to begin puffing out at the waist in order to correctly fit my daughters quince dress. Good quality and sturdy. Just not what we needed.
