Q: I just just used this product for the first time. It is very runny and brown in color - is that normal??

Rockin' Ringlets looks like sludge. I freaked out the first time I used it, too. Shake it up. It's a great product. Spiralicious is white. They work differently, too. Just what the label says - one for ringlets and one for spirals.

Q: What color is it supposed to be? Brownish?

mine was a brownish color as well. I think it has something to do with the flax that's in it. watch the videos on her website and it shows the product with a brownish appearance.

Q: Which scent (or unscented) is the most tolerable? I purchased Island Fantasy and it smells awful.

I like that scent and the I scented. Get curlsmith if you want yummy smells

It does not contain alcohol. One of the things I love about her products!
