This might sound silly, but I was sick and tired of using plastic grocery bags to line the small garbage cans in my bathrooms and near my desk at home. When you line the small trash can with this and you pull the edge of the plastic bag over the edge of the can it actually has a little decorative edge. The garbage can in my home office actually is pretty close to where we feed the dogs. I cannot tell you how having a scented garbage bag has changed how I feel when I'm sitting at my desk and not having to 100% smell the dogs food bowl. The bag is also big enough that when you take it out to change the bag and take out the garbage, as you walk by the countertop in the kitchen or the end tables in your front room you can add some more tissues or wrappers to the bag and then pull the drawstring nice and tight.

There is no disputing that each time you flip up the trash-bin lid the lovely scent makes you smile. However, I have to deduct two stars for the Glad claim, "DRAWSTRING TRASH BAG: The drawstring closure ensures a tight grip on trash cans and makes for a simple removal with a quick cinch of the durable drawstring". Perhaps I'm missing the how-to on getting the bag to secure around the lip of the trash bin. I cannot see how the drawstring is an advantage in staying securely around the container. When you pull the string it just withdraws or lays slack. I'll wait for any feedback on how this is supposed to work. I can't figure it out. Sure, you can sinch the entire bag together once you remove it and get ready to throw it out but, prior to that I just don't see it.

Strong, and very good smelling trash bags... Each bag holds a lot and can get heavy, but NO splitting or tearing of the bags. They smell so good that even my son commented on the nice vanilla smell. I NEVER smelled old garbage when I popped opened lid to my trash bin AND left it open while clearing table after dinner or cleaning dishes, appliances, & kitchen counters. Great bags!
