This was a lot harder to filter using the soft included bottle than I expected. Especially when trying to not contaminate it.

This is a really neat personal water filter with a bag and straw. I have been researching these for awhile because I wanted something on hand for emergencies. This one seemed like a great one to add to our supplies.Here are some things I like about this water filter:--It's complete. I have the bag and straw. I didn't have to purchase them separately so I know it's all compatible.--The bag has a pocket in the side to keep the straw so it's not dangling or gets separated. I really like this feature.--This filters 530 gallons for bacteria, viruses and heavy metals down to 0.01 microns.--You can use the straw with or without the adaptor.--My very favorite thing about this is the adaptor allows straw to screw onto the hydration bag, Coke, water & seltzer bottles and more. I can adapt this for convenience if I need to. Awesome!--Last but not least, this is affordable. If you've priced these things out, they can get a bit pricey. This one is definitely within the range cost wise that we needed.I would recommend this to anyone looking for one for camping, travelling, or emergency supplies.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

The media could not be loaded.  I have had the opportunity to use and test out several of the H2O Survival products. I really like the improvements made to the new version. You can now attach the filter to standard water bottle or platypus type bottles which makes the product more versatile. I usually use my Sawyer Mini water filter, however it does not filter out viruses and chemicals like the H2O Survival Straw does. I have used the H2O Survival Straw on many occasions without ANY adverse effects thus far. I would recommend adding one to your Emergency Kits, Bug out Bags, Survival Kits or any other kit.
