**Q: how to open the closure?**
A: You open that one by returning it.  Amazon has really terrible shipping of this box and because the latch sticks out, somewhere it gets bent over to fit in the box.  I had to return 2 boxes before I got one that was shipped correctly.  It's a relatively nice box if it's not damaged in shipping.

**Q: Where it says "proto", is that just a sticker that could be peeled off?**

**Q: I was trying to find out additional pictures online but was unable to - does the handle fold down or is it fixed/perpendicular to the lid at all time?**
A: it folds down...

**Q: I need to put an 11" (l) x 5-15/16" (w) x 2-7/8" (h) item in this toolbox.  is the bottom interior of the toolbox at least 11" x 5-15/16" ?**
A: A little tricky but if you tilt it as it goes in it may fit

I don't often leave reviews anymore as amazon has grown "douche" towards honest unfiltered reviews... But this ones is so good I'll try again. So plain and simple. I carry a smaller thinner guage metal Japanese tool box at work as a maintenance tech. This thing is built well enough, and cheap enough, and the latch -which some complained about, works well enough (perfectly snug and tight actuation) that within an hour after receiving it, I ordered a second one... And actually a third. I ordered 2 at once for my second order. If I have one complaint at all, its that the rivets on the handle sheet metal look a little on the dainty side for what I am about to put in it. Bit those are very easily drilled out and I will replace them with some sexy solid rivets and washers or just pop rivets and washers on the backside and it should be good for probably the rest of my life. Its literally the perfect size for me, I have to drive from building to building a lot and I am not rolling my fridge size tool box everywhere and I am not shipping it. This is a great size for taking in and out of the vehicle.
