A model of the US&S A-5 Electropneumatic Switch Machine and CP Valve created from measurements of the machine at the San Francisco terminal. These machines are also in use at Chicago Union Station and other locations. The were used in Los Angeles, Kansas City, PRR interlocking plants and many other locations. This casting is for a centerpoint slip switch.
