Q: what are the dimensions when collapsed?

it is 51 long by 23 wide and about 5 1\2 inches high. It easily roles under the bed and fits nicely. It is very sturdy and heavy but it is easy to roll around when upright and easy to roll when it is collapsed.

Q: Does anyone know if you can buy a cover for this rack?

There are numerous garment rack covers available through Amazon that would fit this. Ruibo is a good choice for about $20. It has zippered access and comes in 3 different size options.

Q: Has anyone traveled with this rack by plane? And has anyone found a case that works well to carry it?

It's a great rack, well-built, and collapses (disasembes) fairly easily. If you are traveling by car or van, I think it would work well. I wouldn't want to travel by plane or train with it, however.

Q: Does anyone know what the height is collapsed? Wondering if I'll be able to roll under my bed while collapsed.

Mine is under my bed right now. I don't know the exact height but it is around 6".
