Impact Case Collapsible Dog Crate X-Large (Purple) 450

I've had this crate for quite some time now. Workmanship is excellent. The crate is very sturdy and contains my 8 month old Labrador who can find a weak spot on anything. She was able to destroy a crate that had been deemed a professional model by the manufacturer.She hasn't been able to find any weak spots on this crate yet (knock on wood). This crate is not light. If you are looking for a crate that is light or somewhat light, this crate is probably not for you.There have been reviews here that the latch has broken on their crates. If I have this happen, I will take advantage of the two holes that line up when the door is closed by using a lock in them and leaving that lock unlocked in case of emergency. I will use that method until the manufacturer sends a replacement (not a long term solution). I believe those two holes are used to provide additional security for airline travel.Great product so far.

I am returning this crate. I'm pretty sure it is just defective, as I cannot get the butterflies to "engage" and lock to get the crate together. I have watched the video multiple times, have pushed and pulled and done everything humanly possible to get them to latch together without any luck. I have even called the company. It should not be this hard to assemble, and i still have not been able to get it together. I have used these crates before, helping friends, and they DO actually work pretty well. I think I just got a defective one.
