I would get terrible headaches an hour or so after I got home
After my long runs (training for a half marathon), I would get terrible headaches an hour or so after I got home. I like to take 1-2 caplytes during my run and another 1-2 when I get finished. Headaches are gone! Love this product and the company is super responsive and helpful. Thanks guys!!

Sports drinks tend to upset my stomach on long rides. This has been the solution. For rides in excess of 50 miles on hot days I take 4 every hour and never cramp up.

Great Product Switched from Metasalt
This is a Great Product I tried it on a wim since it was cheaper then Metasalt and Hammer products.... The quality of the Ingredients are great.. I had no GI issues with them... and they worked awesome I am sold on this product and will be buying more.. They are a small company and you can tell by the quality there not some mass produced junk with lots of fillers... If you try them you will be sold

Better than others
I have used Hammer products for many years. These do a great job for less money. Quality is as good if not better than other electrolyte products and no stomach issues. Slightly more concentrated than the comparable Hammer product so you do not have to take quite as many. That doesn't sound like a big deal, but it is nice when you are riding trying to get them into your mouth without dropping them on the road. I am extremely happy to have found these and will be using them for a long time to come.
