These work great! This kit comes with 14 days worth of strips (top and bottom) and also a whitening pen. I'll be honest, I haven't used the pen. You have to apply it and then pretty much leave your mouth open for ten minutes so you don't wipe the solution off with your lips. With a ten month old, I just don't have time for that. I'm not sure what sort of routine you should use. Like, I wasn't sure if you should use the pen the same days as the strips, or if it was for after or what. The instructions only tell what to do for the pen and then the strips. Nothing about when to use each.Anyway, onto the part I did use, the strips. I've only had a chance to use 5 of the 14 days so far. They go on easily. They work best if you kind of open your mouth and let your teeth dry a little before putting them on. I had a little trouble with the bottom strip, but I have a couple of teeth out of alignment that I figure was the cause of that. The top strip went on great. I noticed slight results after the first use. And after just 5 days, I can already tell a big difference. One thing to note, the instructions say to rinse your mouth after using. I skipped this step once out of laziness. Don't do this because then you end up with splotches of white (you can kind of tell in my after picture.) My fault for not following instructions.My teeth are suuuper sensitive and these have not bothered them while being used and I haven't noticed any increased sensitivity since using. The flavor is a nice minty flavor.I can't wait to see my results when I use my other 9 days worth of strips! I was truly amazed because this product works as expected, you don't have to spend money to visit the dentist. Every day you just spent 30 minutes for each application. I will be using this product from now on to whiten my teeth!!!

I am very happy with what it's giving me right now. My teeth have looked yellow for years most likely from drinking alot coffee. I can't believe now my teeth so white to after using it. Good product!
