This product worked miracles on my dogs very rough foot pads after one application. Gave 4 stars because surface of applicator is huge! Can't imagine any dog having feet big enough to apply directly as implied. Size was more appropriate for human adult heels. It would be great to get the same amount of this product in a smaller applicator. I had to apply it to my fingers then rub it on my dogs feet which was a little messy but worth the results.

My rescue puppy's paws were in terrible shape when we brought him home. They were rough and torn up. After about a week of using this product there is a huge difference in the feel of his paws! They are much softer and smoother than they previously were. I believe that with continued use his paws will soon go back to how they should be. My only complaint about this product is the packaging. It easy to push the balm up, but as soon as you put any pressure on it to wipe it against the paws, it immediately pushes back down in to the container. It's not the easiest or most efficient way to apply balm to the paws, especially if your puppy (like mine) is trying to get away.

I love this stuff!!! It's SO easy to apply, and smells great. Love the natural ingredients. I used this for harsh winters to protect my dog's paws from salt and ice when I wasn't able to put his booties on, but I also have continued to use it to maintain his paws and protect him from the pavement during warmer weather. At first my dog was curious and would sniff and lick it, but he's used to it now, and doesn't try to lick it.

This is a great product -- its no-fuss natural ingredients are worry-free and smell great. The roll-on application/applicator is a little cumbersome, but I find that it works best by scraping some off and softening it with my fingers (much like you would coconut oil that has hardened), then rubbing it into your dog's paws. In addition, it helps soothe my dry, cracked wintery fingers at the same time!

This product is greasy and will get all over everything you dog touches. I had to send the covers for my sofa to the cleaners after using this.

My dog's feet were always super dry and cracking and you could tell they were a problem because she never wanted you to touch her feet or barely get near them. After a couple weeks of applying this balm regularly the difference is night and day! You can tell she's much happier now that her feet aren't always bothering her. Highly recommend for any dogs with problem feet.

Not easy to use. My dog thinks its food. Wont stop licking her paws after I apply it. Maybe they could make it smell like apple bitters or something displeasing to the dog so the product could stay on long enough to work.

Seems to be working to keep their pads softer. My one dog who loves to lick, won't lick her paws at all. While my other mutt loves the taste so we have to watch him. Can't hold it against him though, the products does smell good.
