Take off all polish, shape nails with a GLASS nail file, put on two coats of Nail Tek 2 ridge filler, followed by one coat of Nail Tek 2 strengthener, followed by the color of your choice, followed by a top coat of strengthener. (If not using color, put on two coats of strengthener for clear, clean nails) Each day put on another clear coat of strengthener (it dries really quickly). I know it sounds like a lot of work but it's worth it when I consider how long I sat in those chairs at nail salons and how much $$ I spent. Trust me, this is the ONLY thing that has worked for me.
