and that is a crazy great deal. I have happily bought them before for ...
First off, they are $4.90 at the time of me writing this, and that is a crazy great deal. I have happily bought them before for $10 or so, and they're worth every penny. This is my favorite gardening glove. They are a great gift for any gardener - if they already have some, they will be super stoked about another pair, and if they don't have any, they will be thanking you later after using them!Use these gloves for light garden work - not too much abrasion. If you use them for light garden work, they will last many good seasons. My first pair I treated very poorly. After a few seasons, the rubbery coating began to wear on fingertips and crack at thumb-palm joint. So I keep them around for rough work since they are already roughed up. If you are going to be applying a lot of torque on tool handles, or handling abrasive surfaces like cement planters and laying gravel, I recommend a different glove: Nitrile TOUGH (black and gray) gloves. These, Nitrile Touch, I use for actual gardening - potting, weed pulling, and general dirt-digging and country bumpkin-ing.My favorite part about them is the skin-like fit. They keep my fingers nimble and feel very natural. The wrist opening is nice and snug, so I don't have errant dirt, leaves, or bugs getting into my gloves. I also love that when they get dirty, I can hose them out and hang them to dry (fingers up, wrist opening down). They can be a little crispy after air-drying, but soften right back up after a few minutes of use. They are also machine washable so I throw them in with the dog towels every now and then to keep them fresh. I can't remember if I've put them in the dryer, but I bet not. The heat might damage the stretchy stuff. My gloves:2 pairs leather gloves (1 fresh/soft for cleaner heavy duty work, 1 old/dry/stained/torn for extra destructive/dirty work)2 pair Nitrile TOUGH gloves - Med, Large, for me and my man2 pair Nitrile Touch gloves (1 5yo crusty pair, 1 fresh pair that I will take good care of!)1 pair Digz gloves (lookalike to Nitrile Touch - barely used, already cracked)Honestly, I need to buy another pair of Nitrile Touch so I can have a pair of gloves for garden guests!

These gloves are the best quality and value I've found anywhere.
Most recently, my fiancé used them as he added rock facing to entry-gate pillars and grouted same. Rough work with cement, but the gloves worked beautifully. I myself use them for rough work in the garden, and we both use them when splitting oak for the fireplace. They're practically indestructible!

Ideal gloves for reloading bullets!
Last year I was using white cotton gloves while handling lead bullets, primers, powder and brass. The gloves would stretch out and not give me the "feel" I needed. I saw the Atlas Nitrile Touch gloves in a gardening store that we frequent. After trying them on, I was impressed by the fit, feel, and the grip that they gave me. I purchased them, at a considerably higher cost, took them home and gave them a try. Wow! What a difference they made in being able to pick up bullets and the small primers and still feel them. It truly is like having a second skin but with better grip! I'm sure the nitrile is actually more safe than cotton in keeping the harmful lead away from my actual skin. I realize that these gloves are suggested for use in gardening, but I'm sure glad I decided to give them a try. They make me feel more confident and comfortable at the reloading bench! They are sturdy too and have lasted a year without breaking down or stretching out. I purchased another pair from Amazon to keep as a spare and haven't needed them yet as my original just keep on working great!

great fit
nice glove, fits perfectly, and feels like not wearing them. I love to garden with them. I wish they could last longer though. Mine have holes on the finger tip after a few month. I know it could be a fine balance when you want to leave the feel on your hands AND yet want it be strong at the same time...

Good work gloves.
The fabric side of these take a while to dry out, but they fit my big hands well and keep the crud out of my fingernails.

Atlas gloves
These are truly the best work gloves I have ever used! I have pretty small hands (size 6 1/2), and the size small gloves fit perfectly. I love that they are so thin, they allow me to have good dexterity while still providing protection and warmth for my hands. Provided, they are not the warmest gloves, I would recommend adding fingerless gloves over these gloves if you are working in freezing temperatures. I have several pairs of these gloves and I regularly get them very dirty. I just put them in the washer and dryer like all the rest of my work clothes and they clean up great! Pretty durable too, I've had my first pair for a couple years now and although they have some wear, they still work.

Comfortable durable overall great gardening gloves!
I found these gloves at a gardening show and ended up ordering some for my boyfriend because they are so great. I have tiny hands and the XS fit nice a snug. I do all my gardening- and housework in these gloves. Durable, and good for whatever you throw at them. I used my first pair for about a year before they wore out- and this is anywhere from gardening and raking to building a shed and painting. Highly recommend.
