Mother's Pamper Gift Set

This is a nice little set of relaxing indulgences for yourself or a loved one. My favorite thing in the set are the tea drops. The tea drops come in a box of 8, two each of vanilla white tea, citrus ginger, sweet peppermint, and rose earl grey. They resemble brown sugar and are compressed into little hearts and flowers shapes, a bit more than an inch in diameter. They consist of organic tea, spices, and natural sweeteners (such as raw sugar and coconut palm sugar). You drop them into a cup of hot water and stir, and they quickly dissolve, although the tiny bits of tea leaves do hover around the cup and it's a tiny bit gritty, but not bad. The flavors of tea, sweetener, and spices are perfectly blended, resulting in a cup of tea that feels just like a warm hug. I was a little confused as to which flavor was which, as the identification card used descriptions such as "earthy bundts" and "amber bundts." The maple infusions drops resemble Sweet Tarts candy, except that they are white. They are not maple in flavor, more fruity tasting. The ingredients are pure cane sugar, Canadian maple sugar, natural flavor and magnesium stearate. I have mixed feelings about the coloring book. The cover looks self-published and contains a grammatical error. The actual coloring pages are well-done, and are typical of the popular adult coloring books, with intricate patterns. A few have larger objects such as a cat superimposed on the patterns, and all have a motivational saying on them. These include sayings like, "Always know how valuable and unique you are," and "Remind yourself that it's ok not to be perfect." As a heads up, one of the sayings is "Classy, sassy, and a bit "smart ***y", which may not be appreciated by every mom (since this is billed as a mom gift set). The whole set comes in a purple tissue paper-lined white box, for gift-giving. You might want to add some extra tissue paper so that the smaller objects are not sliding around inside. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest, unbiased review.
