Size of the incense and naturality
When lit, it does not give a sooty perfumed/oil smell to it and the size of the incense allows for more fragrance and longer burn.

Completely dried up.
No scent at all, before or after lighting. Completely useless. I got the same type of incense at the art museum and it smells great. Someone must send all their old incense to Amazon. Never buy Tibetan incense from Amazon, I got 4 bundles, all a waste of money.
