The package was delivered two days earlier than the Amazon estimate, and it was Sunday!My kids love lemonade. Last time when they enjoyed a cup of lemonade at a street stand in a mall, it was about 5 dollars each!I am glad that finally I've got what I really needed to enjoy homemade lemonade.1. This lemon lime press is all I needed to save some money outside and to have some FUN at home.2. At its first use, this press feels firm and solid. It seems too early to say about durability though.3. It was very easy for me and my wife to press a half lemon completely. Of course, my daughter wanted to do it herself and she could finish most of the squeezing.4. I feel it was a good idea to have a press made of steel, not plastic.5. After use, it was very easy to clean the press.With this press, all my kids needed to enjoy homemade lemonade was a fancy cup with a cocktail umbrella!

Oh, how I've searched, researched, and tried out. Most lemon/lime squeezers do an acceptable job, of course. But most also have some flaw or other—some have enamel that inevitably starts to peel and chip, others stain too easily, and in quite a few, there's too much of a gap between the two parts to let you efficiently squeeze all the juice from a lime or lemon unless you fold the piece of fruit in half and repeat the process. I'm happy to report that the U2Com Squeezer suffers from none of these problems. In addition to its thorough one-step juicing ability, it also has a silicone-covered handle that reduces slipperiness. A nice touch; pun intended. I do wish it had an opening in the handles so I could hang it on a hook with my other favorite kitchen utensils, but that's nitpicking, really.

No discounts or freebies. (Wonder why not?) Bought this after squeezing 1/2 cup of juice from tiny key limes (using a wooden reamer) left me with sore hands. This item came poorly packed, with the cardboard box just stuck inside an envelope. The box was mangled, but it didn't really matter because it is made like a tank. I squeezed a couple of the key limes as a test, and got more juice for much less effort. I am sure if will work even better on the larger Persian limes from my trees.
