This is my favorite hairbrush! I have above-the-shoulder fine hair and this is the best paddlebrush and I have used Denman brushes for years. I ordered this brush for my swim bag and realized through Amazon history that the same brushes I'm currently keep at my house and in my gym bag have lasted me both for well over 10 years. That is quality!The size is fairly compact compared to regular paddle brushes so I can easily throw it in my work bag or a larger purse. Because of the small head size it's also nice to use while blowing dry.

I wanted a paddle brush for my fine, high density, curly hair, but every regular paddle brush I tried was too big for me. I’m so glad Denman makes a smaller version of their paddle brush. I use it after I put in my detangler/leave-in to halo with tangles. It does not pull my hair, and seems to be very gentle on it.I would recommend the smaller brush to anyone with shorter to medium length fine hair. I like it so much I bought a back-up, just in case, lol

This brush was small with a small handle. It was what I needed, but it looked cheap. It has a nice matte plastic (rubbery) handle and brush support with cushion under the plastic ball tipped bristles. It was for my husband, and it is a good size for him. It said made in Korea on the packaging. I had tried hard to get something quality (made in UK?). Are these small brushes all made in Korea or did we get a fake Denman brush? It is usable and looks good for what it is.

After owning two of the Large Denman Paddle Brushes, I decided to purchase a Small Denman Paddle Brush. Like it's two big brothers, this small brush is superior to everything on the market that I've tried. I am a male with fine hair and this brush styles my hair perfectly, unlike other brushes that cause my hair to lay flat. The small brush is the perfect travel brush and stays inside my travel bag. The other two Denman brushes (large paddle) stay on the counter in my master bath. Know, too, that Denman brushes are EXTREMELY well made and last for years. My first Denman brush lasted 15 years of everyday use before I wore it out. Try that with a Conair or Revlon, or other cheaply made department store trash posing as a hairbrush. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Denman paddle brushes and I suspect you will too. Highly recommended! Order one today!

As the title says…great brush. Comfortable to use. Not too big or too small. Works very well for my medium length hair. I would not hesitate to buy another if I had the need.

I love this brush when my hair is wet it’s great for detangling without hurting or pulling out my hair. I have a very fine hair and it gets knotted up pretty quickly after washing it this brush and combination with the treatments I use has been a lifesaver on getting knots out quickly & painlessly.

I love the feel and flexibility of the brush, but it has lost at least 1 of the nylon bristles which takes away from the value. I may just return it as defective.

I absolutely love this hairbrush! I only bought and used Denman Hairbrushes for decades! Seem to have forgotten how great they are, and am thrilled that I found them again on Amazon!Been using inferior brushes for way too long! This brush doesn’t pull any hair out, after washing, nor when my hair dries. It’s the BEST! And, I have long hair, so, it’s not easy to comb/brush out after washing. This Denman does the best job! I bought the smaller size, so it’s perfect for travel, or, to keep in my purse. Will buy more, in different shapes and sizes. Buy this brush, you will love it!
