When using resistance bands, do not place them in sharp or sharp places! This is easy to break, and I used to worry about it before, but this resistance band suit is great! Because it comes with a protective cover to prevent direct contact with the resistance band, I like it very much and I recommend it!

Can you do overhead presses with these. Im 6 feet 2 inches so not sure these are long enough
