This was a huge game changer for me. I'm showing up in my life better for everyone, my work/kids/myself! It's the best thing I've ever added to my coffee and the taste of mushrooms isn't there at all. I'm so happy I did this. My focus is the best it has ever been and I just feel healthier over all! I heard mushrooms can help with weight loss, and I've been working out a lot but have noticed the mushroom powder seems to keep me on track, cuts my apetite, and I've been losing weight faster.

I’m not super sure how or if this mushroom powder really works the way many claim it does, but very luckily I am able to afford (here and there) to take the gamble in hopes that it is helping to keep my health intact. The only downside to Sacred 7 is that the price has doubled since I have been buying it. I stopped buying for a long time because of this, however the quality seems to be fair and the company reputable. I hope that it will become more affordable again.

I love the product. It is confusing on the serving size though. It says 1 teaspoon and that 1 gram equals 1 teaspoon. When in fact 1 teaspoon is closer to 17 grams. I don’t believe that the servings in each container equal 60. But it’s a good product and I will keep using it.

So, can't talk about efficacy yet, still waiting 😊. I am using it in my coffee and while it is absolutely drinkable , it most certainly does not dissolve 100%. I pour it in and stir, a lot, but always not liking that last sip, even though it is not bad , I want to make sure I drink it all, to get all the powder in me.

Sacred Seven is exactly what a body needs. It blends well with any liquid. Is practically tasteless. Supports my immune system and provides slow release energy all day. I take it daily and also give it to my dogs to support their health. I highly recommend!

I’ve been buying Sacred 7’s mushroom extract product for about 3 years and used it in my smoothies 4-5 times per week and occasionally in my coffee. My smoothies contain over 20 ingredients so the taste didn’t bother me but I was never crazy about the taste in my coffee.
