Yonex strings are OVERRATED!
GOSEN G-Tone 9 string is one of the best aggressive strings I have played with. I am just an intermediate club player BUT I have personally tried the following strings -> YONEX'S BG65, BG65T, BG80, BG66U and EXBOLT 63. Still I could say, this GOSEN string is KICKA$$! Why? Because its performance to price ratio. The price difference is HUGE! one exbolt string costs us nearly Rs. 975 but four pouches of G-Tone 9 is just around Rs. 1200. My preference to G-Tone string is next to Yonex's Exbolt string which is very thin yet extremely repulsive. Dont be fooled by G-Tone string's 0.69 gauge (almost same as BG65). Its a a thick gauge but yet delivers repulsion equivalent to Yonex's Exbolt with more durability. I am loving this! I have a powerful arm but my timing is bad. I normally hit the shuttle around the corners (badly) but still this string holds its tension and never gave up! String it at 25-26LBS and you will feel it! It's soft for your elbow too. Cannot wait to test G-tone 5 strings (thin version) next!

The best ever durability grade strings. Period.
I play badminton 6 days a week and i have used pretty much every kind and brand of strings. This is the first time i used gosen strings and i am glad that I did. I would not be using any other strings atleast until Gosen fails to deliver quality. The g-tone 9 is the best among 0.70mm, 0.69mm, 0.68mm guages in repulsion, sound, control and durability and tension retainment too. As a self stringer its been a pleasure working with the g-tone s. If anyone prefers thinner strings then the g-tone 0.65mm is the best ever.

Just go for it
I already reviewed this product in an earlier forum. I have been using Gosen strings past 2y and probably the best in durability, crisp hitting sound. Im an intermediate player and play ~5-6d a week. The strings last much longer than you expect. Compare to BG80 Power (which is equivalent of Gosen). This has great durability and repulsion power. Excellent control. Just go for it
